Any claims must be notify within 14 days. Please don't hesitate to contact us 07-32172488 if there is a problem with your order. Most problem can be rectify quickly and easily over the phone. In rare occassions if you are not satisfy with our product. We are happy to provide a credit note or refund. Please contact us to obtain a return number, prior to returning the item. This will ensure a smooth transaction and we understand the reasons for your return.

Any shortage in shipment will be issued with a credit note.

Returns will only be accepted in original packaging and has not been used, a credit note or refund will be given.
