  1. What are the operating areas of Eleganter Australia?

Unfortunately, we are operating only within Australia. All deliveries are only to Australian addresses.

  1. If I live outside Australia, can I order a gift for someone in Australia?

Yes, you can. For orders from the other parts of the world, we accept direct payment, credit card and paypal.

  1. How long will delivery take?

We generally try our best to dispatch the orders within 48 hours. However, the delivery period depends on the area and it is usually between 2 to 7 working days.

  1. How much does delivery cost?

This depends on the courier that you choose upon checking out the items. Prices of the courier would depend on the location that you are delivering to and it would be displayed for you to choose according to your preference upon checking out.

  1. Am I allowed to change the product or ask for a refund if the products received are not satisfactory or if I have changed my mind? Also, do I need to pay the postage fee for the return of products?

Usually, we do not offer this service unless the product is faulty or damaged. However, if the customers really changed their minds on the products, we can offer a full refund on the costs of the items ONLY. The customers would have to bear the costs of freight both ways.

If the products are found damaged upon arrival or found faulty within 30 days period with substantial photo evidences, we will offer a full refund including the costs of freight. If there is any confusion with the return policies, please contact our staff to work out the best solution.

  1. Do you offer gift wrapping options?

Sorry, we do not provide this service.

  1. If my credit/debit card is refused when I place an order, what should I do?

For credit/direct card, we only accept mastercard and visa. But, apart from that, we accept payment via direct payment, cheque and paypal.

  1. Are my personal details safe with Eleganter Australia?

Yes. We do not keep any banking details of the retail customers.

  1. How will I know if my order has been sent?

You will be able to track your order by logging into your account.

  1. What are the opening hours of Eleganter Australia?

We are open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

  1. Am I allowed to visit Eleganter Australia to take a look at the products before purchasing it?

For viewing of products, please contact our friendly staff at Eleganter to arrange for an appointment or you could call us up to prepare the specific items that you would like to view and we would prepare it for you.

  1. How can I browse through products easier and quicker on the website?

If you know the product name or product code for what you want, the quickest way would be to put that into the “Search” section on the website. It would direct you immediately to the product that you are looking for.
